Why do you turn down some properties?+
Because a bad property costs us more than it earns. Guest complaints, 3-star reviews, owner churn. We keep our standards, you keep our energy.
Which platforms will my property be on?+
Airbnb and Booking. All synced via Hospitable. Double-booking impossible.
Who handles cleaning?+
Our in-house team. No subcontracting. One head housekeeper who checks every turnover.
How long before going live?+

Behind Hostoria, one person — the trade learned from the inside, from advising on Airbnb to running operations in Marrakech.
Badr El Haloui
Founder · Head of Operations
From late 2023 to early 2025, an advisor to the Airbnb platform, with hosts every single day. One lesson stuck: the difference isn't price — it's execution.
Then the operational lead of a Marrakech concierge company of around forty properties — housekeeping, maintenance, guests, owners, daily. Hostoria is the next step, to my standard: hotel-grade, no shortcuts.
Above all: I don't manage your properties remotely. I'm here, in Marrakech — the founder, on the ground, answering and stepping in personally. No call-center. I take on few homes, and treat them as my own.
