What's your commission?+
Three plans: 20% (Essential, self check-in) — 22% (Comfort, in-person check-in + enhanced comms) — 25% (Hospitality, full welcome experience). No listing fees. No management fees. Nothing else.
Why do you turn down some properties?+
Because Hostoria is positioned premium: documented hotel-grade standard, in-house salaried team, 4-language guest communication. A property we can't keep at that level dilutes what we offer our other owners. We'd rather take 3 new properties a month — and keep the bar high.
What if you don't get my listing live fast enough?+
Live within 10 days of signing. If we miss it, the first month's commission is on us. Beyond that, if you don't have your first booking within 30 days of going live, we redo pricing, photos and copy on our dime — not yours.
How fast do you respond?+
Free audit at your place within 48 hours of your request. Once you're live, guests get a reply in under 1 hour, 7 days a week. You get answers same day.
Which platforms will my property be on?+
Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, Expedia. All synced via Hospitable. Double-booking impossible.
Who handles cleaning?+
Our in-house team. No subcontracting. One head housekeeper who checks every turnover.
