This website hostoria-ma.com is operated by Hostoria, a hotel-grade concierge company based in Agadir, Morocco. For any data-related question, reach us at contact@hostoria-ma.com.

We only collect data you voluntarily provide through:

• The website contact form (name, phone, email, property details, message)
• Meta Lead Ads forms (first name, last name, email, phone, area, property type, bedrooms, call slot)
• Direct exchanges via email, WhatsApp or phone

We collect no sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR, and no identifying browsing data beyond the technical cookies required to operate the site and audience-measurement tools (Meta Pixel, analytics).

Your data is used solely to:

• Call you back during the slot you selected
• Assess whether we can take on your property
• Keep you informed about our services if you consent
• Improve our advertising campaigns (aggregated, anonymized statistics)

We never sell data to third parties.

Data from the contact form or Lead Ads is kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion. Tax and accounting records related to a management contract are kept for 10 years as required by Moroccan law.

Only the Hostoria team has access to your data. No sharing with:

• Ad networks outside Meta Ads (which acts as an approved processor)
• Data brokers or third-party marketing providers
• Commercial partners without your explicit consent

Our technical sub-processors (Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, Hospitable for rental management) comply with GDPR and Moroccan law 09-08.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and the Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data, you have the following rights at any time:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of your data
• Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Right of erasure: request deletion of your data

• Right to portability: receive your data in a reusable format
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

Our site uses a minimal number of cookies, exclusively for:
